Mikäli olet ilmoittautunut jommalle kummalle Moen & Vincenzon Lindy tai Balboa INT/ADV tason kurssille (la - su 28.2.-1.3.2026), sisältyy pääsylippu kurssin hintaan. Tällöin sinun ei tarvitse enää ilmoittautua tai ostaa lippua lauantai 28.2. illan bileisiin.

Bileet ovat osa saman viikonlopun Balboa & Lindy Hop mini festivaalia. Luvassa on 2 settiä livemusiikkia kuuluisan Antti Sarpila Swing Bandin johdolla. Bileissä pääsee tanssimaan Lindyä, Balboaa, Collegiate Shagiä ja Jazz Rootsia.

Antti Sarpila on kansainvälisesti tunnettu suomalainen klarinetisti, saksofonisti, säveltäjä ja sovittaja, jonka musiikki pohjautuu jazzin klassisiin perinteisiin. Hän on esiintynyt solistina ympäri maailmaa ja tehnyt yhteistyötä lukuisten jazzin suurten nimien sekä orkestereiden, kuten Count Basie Orchestran ja Metropole Orchestran, kanssa. Sarpilan musiikissa yhdistyvät Louis Armstrongin ja Charlie Parkerin aikakausien vaikutteet hänen omaperäiseen tyyliinsä. Hän johtaa omaa Antti Sarpila Swing Bandia ja on julkaissut kymmeniä levyjä uransa aikana.

Bändin settien välissä bileiden dj pitää huolen, että tanssilattia pysyy kuumana ja tunnelma katossa.

19:00-20:00 Pre-party Lindy Hop class - viritä keho ja fiilis tanssivaihteelle. Ohjaajina: Teemu Hirsimäki and Minna Marttila. Tunti on tarkoitettu kaikille lindyn perusteet hyvin hallitseville.

20:30 Antti Sarpila Swing Band aloittaa

Illan aikana: Mini festivaalilla vierailevien opettajien Vincenzo Fesin ja Moe Sakan tanssiesitys

Vincenzo Fesi ja Moe Sakan ovat kansainvälisesti arvostettu tanssipari, jonka esiintymiset säteilevät swingin iloa ja eleganssia. Yhdessä he edustavat swingtanssin huippua ja inspiroivat tanssijoita ympäri maailmaa.

Paikka: Comets, Tripla, P4 kerros Down Under, Fredikanterassi 1, P4 kerros, Pasila, Helsinki. Oletko ensimmäistä kertaa tulossa Triplaan? Tutustu saapumisohjeisiin (vaatii sisäänkirjautumisen myClubiin).

Lisäksi lipunmyynti ovelta, maksutapoina korttimaksu ja mobilepay. Hinta 30 €

Lipun hinta sisältää pre-party tanssitunnin (60min). Kannattaa saapua paikalle paikalle ajoissa.

Pientä bilenaposteltavia on tarjolla koko illan. Voit ottaa myös mukaan omaa syötävää. Otathan mukaan ainakin oman vesipullon. Haluamme osaltamme välttää kertakäyttöastioiden kulutusta. Tanssisalin keittiöstä löytyy jääkaappi, jos haluat tuoda mukanasi muita juomia ja säilyttää niitä kylmässä.

Tervetuloa tanssibileisiin, olitpa sitten kokenut lajin veteraani tai ensiaskeleitasi ottava aloittelija!

Huomioithan, että tanssilattialle on kiellettyä mennä ulkokengillä, piikkikoroilla ja jälkiä jättävillä mustapohjaisilla kengillä!

By clicking 'register' for this event, you will buy a ticket to the party. Price 25€. You will receive an invoice to your email right away. The invoice must be paid immediately. If you have registered for either of Moe & Vincenzo's Lindy or Balboa INT/ADV level courses (Sat - Sun 28.2.-1.3.2026), the party ticket is included in the price of the course. In this case, you don't need to register or buy a ticket for the party on Saturday 28th Feb.

The party is part of the Balboa & Lindy Hop mini festival on the same weekend. There will be two sets of live music led by the famous Antti Sarpila Swing Band. At the party, you can dance Lindy, Balboa, Collegiate Shag and Jazz Roots.

Antti Sarpila is an internationally renowned Finnish clarinetist, saxophonist, composer and arranger, whose music is based on the classical traditions of jazz. He has performed as a soloist around the world and collaborated with numerous jazz greats and orchestras, such as the Count Basie Orchestra and the Metropole Orchestra. Sarpila's music combines influences from the eras of Louis Armstrong and Charlie Parker with his own unique style. He leads his own Antti Sarpila Swing Band and has released dozens of albums during his career.

In between the band's sets, the party DJ makes sure that the dance floor stays hot and the atmosphere is at its peak.

19:00-20:00 Pre-party Lindy Hop class - get your body and spirit ready for the dance move. Instructors: Teemu Hirsimäki and Minna Marttila. The class is intended for anyone who has a good grasp of the basics of Lindy.

During the evening: Dance performance by guest teachers Vincenzo Fesi and Moe Sakan at the Mini Festival

Vincenzo Fesi and Moe Sakan are an internationally acclaimed dance couple whose performances radiate the joy and elegance of swing. Together they represent the pinnacle of swing dance and inspire dancers all over the world.

Place: Comets Studio in the Mall of Tripla, P4 floor Down Under, Fredikanterassi 1, Pasila, Helsinki. Are you coming to Tripla for the first time? Check out the arrival instructions (requires login to myClub).

Tickets: For members in advance from myClub until 27.2.2026 only. Price €25

Tickets also at the door, payment methods are card payment and mobilepay. Price €30

The party ticket includes a pre-party dance lesson (60min). It is worth arriving at the venue on time.

Some delicious party snacks will be available throughout the evening. You can also bring your own food. Please bring at least your own water bottle. We want to do our part to avoid the consumption of disposable tableware. There is a refrigerator in the dance hall kitchen if you want to bring other drinks with you and keep them cold.

Welcome to the dance party! No matter your level and experience on the floor, you are more than welcome to join us.

Please note that you are not allowed to wear outdoor shoes, stiletto heels or shoes with black and marking soles on the dance floors!

We expect all the participants to follow the Code of Conduct, because we believe it helps to establish safe space norms, which makes it safer and more comfortable for people to join and enjoy our dance events.
