Description

Take your Lindy Hop to the next level with Moe and Vincenzo — two world-renowned swing dancers celebrated for their artistry, musicality, and infectious energy.

Within an intensive 90-minute sessions, you’ll explore new figures, creativity, and connection to deepen your dancing and make your dance more musical and joyful.

This workshop is for improvers-intermediate dancers (level 2+). You’ve been dancing for a while, feel confident with the things taught at improvers (level 2) or even intermediate level (level 3), and can adapt your dancing to different tempos and partners. You’re probably a regular at socials — and you’re ready to refine your expression, and connection.

We rotate partners during the classes. The classes will be held in English.

Instructors

Vincenzo Fesi — A versatile artist and one of the brightest international stars of jazz and swing. Dancer, choreographer, and teacher, Vincenzo has inspired audiences worldwide with his elegant style and connection to swing music.

Moe Sakan — A Hall of Fame dancer celebrated for her elegance, authenticity, and lifelong dedication to Lindy Hop. Moe’s passion and artistry have made her one of the most admired figures in the global swing community.

Location

Dance Club Comets, studio 2, Mall of Tripla, P4 floor Down Under, Fredikanterassi 1, Helsinki. Please read the arrival instructions.

Price

39 € / person

The workshop pass includes 1 x 90 min Lindy hop class and Friday party.

You also need to pay Comets membership fee 25 € for year 2026. It will be sent to you as a separate invoice in the beginning of the year.

Registration

You can register for the course with or without a partner. 

We let people without a partner from the queue in the registration order so that there are about equal number of followers and leaders. If the number of followers and leaders is imbalanced, you might not get out of the queue. The registration cancellation from the queue is free.

We let those who have registered with a partner to the course after both of them have registered themselves to the queue.

You will receive confirmation of the spot in the course within two days or as soon as the partner balance is equal.

Once you have received confirmation of the spot from the organizer the spot cannot be cancelled. The course fee is non-refundable. However, you can transfer your course place to another person before beginning of the course, taking into account the partner balance and the level of the course. To find a suitable person, you can search for them on social media and through the course's Facebook event. To transfer your course place, please contact the e-mail address below.
